These terms govern access to and use of FuturixAI services, websites, and applications. By using the services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• “FuturixAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means FuturixAI and its affiliates.
• “User,” “you,” or “your” means an individual or entity using our services.
• “Content” means data, text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, or other materials.
• “AI Models” means our artificial intelligence and machine-learning models, algorithms, and systems.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep account credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring through your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

• Use the services only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service integrity, collect user data without consent, or harm our models or infrastructure.
• API access may be subject to rate limits and quotas. Commercial use may require a separate agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

FuturixAI retains all rights in the services, models, algorithms, training data, name, logo, and branding. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store and process it to provide and improve the services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, use reasonable security measures, and may use anonymized data to improve our models. Data may be processed where we maintain facilities.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country. Users under 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of AI outputs. You assume the risks associated with using those outputs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FuturixAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or damages exceeding amounts paid by you in the previous 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FuturixAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims arising from your use of the services, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

11. Changes and Termination

We may modify these terms and will communicate material changes. We may suspend or terminate service access for violations, legal compliance, or security reasons. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
